Shadow AI: How to Bring AI Usage into the Light
Join us for August's Lunch & Learn: Shadow AI: How to Bring AI Usage into the Light.
Most employees are already using AI. But they’re doing it in the shadows. Whether it’s fear of judgment, concern over job security, or simply not having access to approved tools, "Shadow AI" is creating a massive disconnect in organizations today. You likely have a team of innovators, but they are working in the dark.
Pattern’s Vice President of Platform and Lead AI Engineer are pulling back the curtain.
They’ll cover how to:
Empower your team: Replace unapproved tools with robust, secure AI solutions they actually want to use.
Secure leadership buy-in: Build an AI-first transformation that starts from the top.
Reward impact: Create a culture that celebrates employees who turn AI usage into measurable business outcomes.
You don't need to fear automation, you need a culture that builds on it.
